Bush Dentistry involves adventure, intrigue, humor, disaster and lots of African wildlife. Providing professional free dentistry to thousands of very rural Kenyans and Tanzanians over 18 years has been the passion of an American couple.
Some of their patients have walked 30 kilometers on bare feet to get relief from a six month toothache. Some have been attacked by buffalo, elephants, lions, leopards and a famous cockroach. It all adds up to a rich and unforgettable African journey.
